I love it so much! A few other ideas for incorporating your favorite Disney love quotes: Feel free to use one, or a few! When my mother designed our wonderful photo guest book, she put a Disney love quote on every other page. Using the Internet and my fellow Disney brides and grooms, I’ve put together this collection of 50 Disney love quotes you can incorporate into your wedding festivities. Even if you’re not having an all-out Disney wedding and you’re just looking for a subtle way to incorporate your love of Disney, a simple quote on your invitation or program is a great way to pay homage to your fandom. We wish you all the happiness in the world! <3Īmanda’s family and friends did a fantastic job capturing her shower, and all of the photos you see above were taken by them with love.So this is love, hmmm hmmm hmmm hmmm, so this is love … This song from Cinderella is just one of the many memorable Disney love quotes given to us by Disney movies and songs over the years, and if you’re having a Disney themed wedding, incorporating one of these quotes into your celebration will give your guests that warm and fuzzy feeling that only Disney can provide. Thank you for having us be a part of your special day, Amanda. I’m sure he won’t have a problem there, and I’ll just have to take in the bachelorette celebration that much more! Unfortunately, I will not be in town to attend their nuptials, so Scott is in charge of representing the Hesingtons on the dance floor. She was beaming from ear to ear throughout the entire shower, and looked absolutely beautiful in her white dress and accessories! It’s obvious that Amanda will be surrounded by a group of wonderful women that mean so much to hear on her wedding day. (Don’t you just love the wedding dress wrapping for this ironing board? I though it was so cute and creative!) When I think back to my shower, I remember feeling awkward being in the center of it all, but it’s a great preparation for what to expect for your wedding day. It was funny to see all of the different grooms that included celebrities and the couple’s pets.Īs I sat and enjoyed my cake, I noticed how much Amanda was beaming while opening their gifts. □Īnother game I loved was Who Has the Groom?Įach chair had an envelope taped under it, and was stuffed with a different groom inside. It was fun to see how well they know each other, or at least see how well they think they know each other. The groom-to-be showed up about half way through the shower to help open presents. The party planners did a great job of incorporating a few more games in between gifts, including one where the bride and groom had to take one of each of their shoes and answer a series of Who Is Most Likely To… questions. We had a great mix and age of women at our table, and ended up winning the game thanks to our variety of knowledge in both oldies and more recent hits. We went through a rotation until all songs about love were played, and points were awarded for correctly naming the song title and artist. Each table formed a team, and we each went around the room taking turns to Name That Tune. She had the prettiest cake table, complete with vintage china and two delicious and beautifully decorated cakes.Īs everyone finished up their plates, it was time for another game to keep the party rolling. I just loved these engagement ring cookies! Guests hung their work on the Happily Ever After wall when they finished, and Amanda announced her favorites later on in the shower.Ī hearty brunch was served, along with refreshments and a table of desserts. It was an excellent activity to kick off the party! The goal was to design a dress the bride would actually wear, and there were pictures of wedding dress sketches from movie stars framed around the room for inspiration. Guests were asked to design a wedding dress for the bride using template cutouts, rhinestones, bows, and textured scrapbook paper. Cards were chosen and words of wisdom were read aloud throughout the entire party!ĭue to some unforeseen circumstances, my friend Alex and I arrived well past the start time, and we felt awful about missing the first group activity. Her family and friends did a wonderful job capturing the theme, and threw her an absolutely adorable shower at a charming community church in Goodrich.Įverything from the cake to the centerpieces had an ice blue, white, and crystal color scheme, and there were silhouettes of Cinderella, clocks, carriages, and castles scattered throughout the room.Įach guest was asked to write down their best marital advice for either the bride, the groom, or both. She is tying the knot to another good friend of ours, TJ, next month, and they have a Happily Ever After theme tied into their big day. We had a great time celebrating my dear friend, Amanda, at her bridal shower last weekend!
